Pukey juju strikes again.
Fake mexi food attacked my stomach at 3am spent an hour regretting it in the bathroom. Opting for the safe route for dinner.

NEGATIVE NACY NEGATIVE NANCY!
This week keeps gettin better and better...
So, my work blocked myspace years ago, now they've gone so far as to block YouTube, and newly discovered today, Facebook as well. God help me if they find a way to block blogger and etsy too. As if this place isn't prison-like enough, cutting you off from the outside world 50 hours a week. Our internet doesn't work at home so I guess I'll just have to say goodbye to these silly sites until i move someday. More time to focus on my work! Hurray.

Shel Silverstein, my childhood mentor
Too bad I just found out he wrote for Playboy in addition to writing children's books. haha. Thanks Cash Cab, for that valuable info. Here's one of my favorite poems of his growing up. I feel better knowing many of these "whatifs" became a reality in my life, and i'm still ok. Usually you suspect you won't be able to handle a lot of things, but then you wake up the next day anyway, and see that you already have.
Whatif
Last night, while I lay thinking here,
some Whatifs crawled inside my ear
and pranced and partied all night long
and sang their same old Whatif song:
Whatif I'm dumb in school?
Whatif they've closed the swimming pool?
Whatif I get beat up?
Whatif there's poison in my cup?
Whatif I start to cry?
Whatif I get sick and die?
Whatif I flunk that test?
Whatif green hair grows on my chest?
Whatif nobody likes me?
Whatif a bolt of lightning strikes me?
Whatif I don't grow taller?
Whatif my head starts getting smaller?
Whatif the fish won't bite?
Whatif the wind tears up my kite?
Whatif they start a war?
Whatif my parents get divorced?
Whatif the bus is late?
Whatif my teeth don't grow in straight?
Whatif I tear my pants?
Whatif I never learn to dance?
Everything seems well, and THEN
the nighttime Whatifs strike again!

It's looking like a limb torn off
Or altogether just taken apart
We're reeling through an endless fall
We are the ever-living ghost of what once was
But no one is ever gonna love you more than I do
No one's gonna love you more than I do
And anything to make you smile
It is a better side of you to admire
But they should never take so long
Just to be over then back to another one
And no one is ever gonna love you more than I do
No one's gonna love you more than I do
But someone,
They could've warned you
When things start splitting at the seams and now
The whole thing's tumblin' down
Things start splitting at the seams and now
If things start splitting at the seams and now,
It's tumblin' down
Hard.
Anything to make you smile
You are the ever-living ghost of what once was
I never want to hear you say
That you'd be better off
Or you liked it that way
And no one is ever gonna love you more than I do
No one's gonna love you more than I do
But someone
They should have warned you
When things start splitting at the seams and now
The whole thing's tumblin' down
Things start splitting at the seams and now
If things start splitting at the seams and now,
It's tumblin' down
Hard
Or altogether just taken apart
